Agreement
Pandi (pandi.work and app.pandi.work) is run by the Pandi Team, based in the Dominican Republic. These Terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using Pandi, you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Pandi.
Who can use Pandi
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- Each account is for one person. You’re responsible for what happens in your account, so keep your password safe and let us know at hello@pandi.work if you think someone else has accessed it. We recommend turning on two-step verification.
- The information you give us when you sign up must be accurate.
Pandi is in beta
Pandi is still growing. Features may change, appear or go away, and there may be bugs or downtime while we improve it. Keep your own copies of anything important; you can download your data from your profile at any time.
Plans and payments
- Free and Pro. You can use Pandi for free with the Free plan’s limits. The Pro plan removes those limits for a monthly or yearly price, shown on our pricing page and before you pay.
- Payment. Stripe handles payments. Prices may not include taxes that apply where you live.
- Renewal. Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and we charge the card you used, until you cancel.
- Canceling. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account goes back to the Free plan. Your data stays.
- Refunds. Payments aren’t refunded, including for partial periods, except where the law requires it.
- Price changes. If we change the price of Pro, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel first.
Your content
- It’s yours. You keep every right to what you add to Pandi. You allow us to store, process and show it only as needed to provide Pandi to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Your clients’ data. When you add information about your clients and their contacts, you’re responsible for having a lawful reason to do so and for telling them about it where the law requires. We process that data only on your behalf, to provide Pandi to you.
- Your income and invoices. Pandi helps you track income and export it as invoices, but you’re responsible for their content and for meeting the tax and invoicing rules that apply to you. Pandi isn’t accounting, tax or legal advice.
- Share links. If you share a board with a link, anyone with the link can see it. You decide who gets it, and you can turn it off at any time.
- Other services. If you connect another service, such as Google Calendar, its own terms also apply, and Pandi only uses it as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect it at any time. We aren’t responsible for that service being available or for its content.
Acceptable use
When using Pandi, you agree not to:
- break the law or help someone else do so;
- upload content you don’t have the right to share, or content that is illegal, harmful or malicious;
- try to access other people’s accounts or data;
- probe, attack, overload or disrupt Pandi or its infrastructure, or get around its security or limits;
- copy, scrape or reverse-engineer Pandi, except where the law allows it;
- resell Pandi or offer it to others as your own service.
Suspension and closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which deletes all of its data and cancels your Pro subscription.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other people or Pandi at risk, or when the law requires it. When it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
Our rights
The Pandi name, the panda mascot, the design and the software belong to us. These Terms only give you the right to use Pandi as offered.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Pandi without owing you anything.
Disclaimer
As far as the law allows, Pandi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to Pandi is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
Responsibility for misuse
If you break these Terms or the law while using Pandi and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you’ll cover the reasonable costs of that claim, as far as the law allows.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and disputes go to the courts of Santo Domingo. If you’re a consumer living in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protections, you keep those protections and can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
Changes to these Terms
When we change these Terms, we’ll update the date at the top. For important changes, we’ll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect and ask you to accept them again. If you don’t accept, you can delete your account.
General
If part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we haven’t given it up.
